What kind of result can I expect?

It is important that when you begin to contemplate undergoing a cosmetic surgery that your expectations remain realistic and attainable. To desire a nose shape that is not possible will mean that any change through cosmetic surgery will leave you only wanting further surgery. Whilst it is possible to have more than one cosmetic surgery performed at same time, subsequent operations only become more dangerous, as well as less likely to deliver what is wanted. As a general rule if the desired shape wasn?t obtainable when the nasal tissues were untouched then it is unlikely to be possible after they have been altered.
After the cosmetic sugery has been completed it is important to remember to keep your expectations realistic. Obviously your nose will not look like you want it too right away, as there will be swelling and bruising that will have to subside before the new shape fully forms. Once the healing process has begun then you will start to see daily improvements.
Many people find that the best result of the cosmetic plastic surgery is a psychological one. One of the most common benefits that a cosmetic surgery patient tends to exhibit, is a marked increase in their confidence and self-esteem, as they become happier with their body image. The improvement that the patient sees in their new facial aesthetics generally leads to a happier and more optimistic mindset, making the recovered patient a more confident person in many aspects of their daily life.
By keeping your expectations of what you will look like after the first cosmetic surgery realistic, then you are much more likely to be satisfied with the end result of the surgery. Obviously it is impossible for someone to realise what they will end up looking like after its has been altered, meaning that a small percentage of people, between five and twenty per cent, do decide that more surgery is required. It is possible to have more operations, or revision cosmetic surgery, to try and rectify the outcome of an unsatisfactory surgery. The need for such a surgery can be drastically reduced however if the patient remembers to stay realistic, and to be certain that the shape constructed in the first operation is one that they will be happy with keeping.
